While there are several TMRCA calculators out there on the
net, the most common and otherwise best one is limited to
a maximum mismatch of 5 markers. I have had my own one for a
year or so, but it was in a proprietary "wrapper" system.
So I have written one which is a simple (in appearance, not
code!) web page. It does both graphs and lists. It is not
limited by number of mutations or number of mismatches
(other than that there must be at least one match) or even
number of markers. It is limited at a fairly large value by
number of generations. You can do STRs or SNPs.
